1. DIGITAL ASSESSMENT
On arrival your vehicle damage will be assessed by one of our capable team members and digitally photographed.
2. SOLUTION TO CLAIM FINALISED
We will send photos and a quotation of your damage to the insurance company's assessing team and will liaise with them on the best repair method or solution for your claim.
3. REPAIR METHOD AND TIME ARRANGED
Once a repair method has been established with the insurance company we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a convenient time for your vehicle to be repaired. You will then be advised of the estimated time to repair your vehicle.
4. REPAIRS CARRIED OUT
When your vehicle is at RO Jones Panelbeaters, one of our team members will contact you with progress updates throughout the process of repairs. Most cases we will be in contact within every two days.
5. PRE DELIVERY CHECK
When repairs on your vehicle are complete, one of our staff members will carry out a 26 point quality control check to ensure the best quality workmanship has been carried out before your vehicle is made available to you.
6. VEHICLE AVAILABLE
We will contact you as soon as your vehicle is available to being collected. Please be ready to pay your insurance excess (if applicable) when you collect your vehicle.
